Refund policy

If you find your Saif Leather product is not what you expected, then within 14 days you may return the piece, unused and in the condition in which you received the piece You may request an exchange or refund.

The 14-day grace period only applies to items purchased directly from Saif Leather.

Returns on U.S. shipments are not free. We will deduct return shipping fee of no more than $10 for U.S. customers. International customers will pay for their own return label.

We strive to credit returns in 2-3 business days upon receipt of the product.

PERSONALIZED AND MONOGRAMMED PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

Exchanges will be shipped free of charge.

Leather is a natural material; you can expect some natural and unique characteristics such as creases, variation in color, and small scars. We view these as characteristic of “real leather.” These are not considered manufacturing defects. If you decide that you do not like this you may return your unused product within 14 days under the Grace Period, but please consider that our natural finishes feature these natural characteristics by design.
